HP2100TN Printer

Occasionally the Jet Direct card (printer network card) may lock up and loose connectivity with the network. To resolve the problem the Jet Direct card will need to be reset.

Use the following steps to reset the printer.

HP LaserJet 2100, 2100N, 2100TN
1. Hold the small JOB CANCEL button for more than 20 seconds while turning on the printer.

2. After all the LEDs come on release the JOB CANCEL button.

This cold reset sets the Page count to Zero and the Serial Number will be no longer appear on the Configuration page.
